Terms of service

Vanalis lets you record and track personal metrics such as finances, health and habits, set goals and view progress. Numbers are entered by you; we do not connect to your bank or devices.

Charts, forecasts, goals and AI reviews are for information and motivation only. They are not financial, medical or professional advice. Speak to a qualified professional before making decisions.

You must be 16 or over and give accurate sign-up details. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

New accounts get a 14-day free Pro trial with no card required. After the trial you move to the Free plan unless you subscribe.

Pro costs £5.99 per month or £44.99 per year, unless shown otherwise at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

You can cancel any time from Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to Free. Your data is kept.

If you are a UK consumer you have 14 days from first subscribing to cancel for a refund. By starting to use Pro straight away you agree that we may deduct an amount for use already received. Otherwise payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.

You own everything you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export or delete it.

Do not misuse the service, try to access other users' data, disrupt it, reverse engineer it or use it for anything unlawful.

We aim to keep Vanalis available and accurate but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
